The Way I Move

I Lead
For 25 years, I’ve led at the intersection of business government and civil society, managing multi million dollar portfolios, directing global teams across 5 countries and shaping strategy through board governance.

I Teach
I design and teach graduate leadership curricula at Bard College’s MBA in Sustainability and NYU Wagner’s Executive MPA program, working with students at every stage from personal leadership foundations to organizational change practice. My classroom is where theory becomes practiced behavior.

My work is anchored in a central thesis; disorientation as development. Leaders who have been genuinely changed by the world lead differently, and that difference is what systems change requires. I explore this through writing, speaking and my podcast, Through The Noise, examining the inner capacities that make transformative leadership possible.
